With over 13 years of exercise experience in Auckland's North Shore area, along with many more years working with one of Canada's largest Pilates companies, Suna Pilates' master trainer, Susie Cleland, has moved to combine industry expertise with anatomical and biomechanical knowledge at this studio in Auckland.

The product is an accessible range of Pilates programs that are open to participants from a wide spectrum of fitness levels and age groups.

Spring-based exercise equipment is used in a majority of classes, which helps attendees grasp the basics of each program, while solo sessions are also available for those looking for a more individual focus.

Monday - 5:30am–7:30pm
Tuesday - 6:45am–8:15pm
Wednesday - 5:30am–7:30pm
Thursday - 6:45am–8:15pm
Friday - 5:30am–6:30pm
Saturday - 7am–1:15pm
Sunday - 7am–1:15pm
